We accept many insurance carriers and we are happy to check out your insurance coverage. If you would like us to check out your insurance before you come into our office, simply copy the front and back of your card, write your date of birth, name and a telephone number to contact you and FAX it to our office. Fax: (480) 668-6009.
We also handle auto accidents and work related accidents. We will bill the other person's insurance company and wait for payment, so there are no out of pocket costs to you.
