AcuZone needles are crafted from the finest surgical-grade
stainless steel wires, under the highest quality standards
manufactured using special rotational drawing process that
actually creates internal molecular alignment specific to
usage as acupunture needles.

The tip of the needle is controlled by laser diodes using the
latest technology to ensure uniformity and given a final buff
to give a smooth, polished surface. Then the needles are
given electrolytic bath to clean and sterilized with Ethylene
Oxide Gas (ETO) conforming to ISO 9002 standard.

The blister packing, whether individual or in bulk pack, is
designed to prevent movement and damage to the needle
