Adding neuromusculoskeletal care to the list of essential benefits to ensure that chiropractors will be able to provide services under national health care. Congress has given you the authority, under Section 1302 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“the Act”), to determine the categories of services which will be defined as “essential benefits” with respect to a broad range of health plans.
