SelectHealth offers chiropractic services to compliment your benefit coverage. These services are administered by American Specialty Health* and offer you a wide variety of participating health services at discounted prices.
To select a participating healthcare provider, search the Chiropractic Provider Directory, visit the HealthyroadsŁ Web site, or call ASH Networks Member Services at 1-800-678-9133. From the Healthyroads Web site, you will receive direction to your provider's office as well as a Provider Access Certificate that includes the provider's fee schedule.
*Healthyreads is not available to members with a Small Employer plan. To see if you are eligible for the chiropractic benefit, refer to your member materials or call SelectHealth Member Services.
