Information for General Public
This site is for you if:
You're thinking about having a baby
You're already expecting a baby
It's during the time leading to conception and over the first three months of your pregnancy that your baby stands to benefit most from you eating a healthy diet. So, ideally, you should start putting into practice the advice given on this site from the time you first start planning to have a baby.
However, if you're already several months pregnant, don't worry. It's never too late to start eating a healthy diet - and both you and your baby will feel the benefits.
The information is divided into five sections on the left.
