MomsTeam.com began in 2000 as a book project and a website to help the 42 million moms with children in youth sports to obtain the tools and information they need to insure a positive experience for their children. With information on 52 sports, nutrition, health and safety, and a positive psychological experience, the online publication grew extensively. Many national experts contribute to provide a seamless mix of cause related and consumer related content, across age groups, topical areas, and individual sports, bringing the site to over 3,000 pages of relevant and timeless content.
MomsTeam hosts over 12 million page visits and 450,000 unique visitors each month, a number that continues to grow steadily. Requests by youth and college level sports administrations and recreational sports groups to distribute MomsTeam articles and materials grow by 78% each month. Journalist and other people from the media rely on MomsTeam for accurate information and a MomsTeam has become a reliable resource for data and factual information.
MomsTeam is the premier online publication for sponsors and advertisers looking to introduce and sell goods and services to mothers of kids in sports. MomsTeam Media also assists coaches and other professionals in meeting the growing needs of the youth sport's market. Working closely with its sponsors and advertisers, MomsTeam continues to develop its site by providing not only product information but the advice and tools parents need to feel competent and successful in managing this important aspect of their lives and those of their children.

The MomsTeam mission is to provide a one-stop resource for all the questions that come up about youth sports parenting. MomsTeam.com is a mother's (fathers, coaches etc) trusted advisor, sounding board and comprehensive resource center on youth sports and provides parents the information and tools they need to feel confident and competent in managing their youth sports experience and those of their children.
The MomsTeam Values MomsTeamÙ.com advocates a safer, saner, less stressful, and, above all, more inclusive youth sports experience for all children. We do our level best to provide the most accurate information and advice that we possibly can.
MomsTeamÙ.com is all about community. We are here for parents (Dads feel at home here, too) from the first pre-season practice to the day twelve or thirteen years later when your son walks off the field after his last high school game, and every step in between! MomsTeam provides the parents with their own teammates, cheering them on, being there for them, through good times and bad; offering practical advice from a team of experts, professionals and sponsors, giving them a place to ask questions, find answers to tough questions, find gear, camps, and tournaments, make new friends, and become part of a nationwide community of moms with kids in sports.
